1.  Left image is a press and right image is becoming a fly.
2.  Farther away force which in this example is the #keiser cable more torque is placed through joint .
3.  There is torque going through multiple joints but let's choose shoulder . 
4.  As client moves to right torque placed through shoulder becomes greater.
